HILLS & DRILLS:
Get it done .. all in one! An Interval training based endurance ride that focuses on a slower RPM with heavier gear to build cardiovascular output, this is mixed with interval drills.
VIDEO RIDE:
Our motivational ride, filled with inspiration and motivation, taken to a new level! With each song you hear, watch it’s MUSIC VIDEO while you ride!
BOOTY RIDE:
Old school, basic booty ride. Focus on form, core, and foot placement. Lower body slow burn!!
ROAD TRIPPIN:
45-minute multi-peak cycling workout with mixed efforts of short explosive bursts, endurance phases and recoveries. The class take motivation and energy output to the next level, increasing endurance, building muscle, improving stability, and burning calories.
SPIN CYCLE:
Ride from the shoreline to the hills in this journey that is designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints, and other drills to give you a great interval workout.
SPIN FACTORY:
Come on in for the ride that will give you a great mix of aerobic and anaerobic training. If you like to experience the “heat” of interval training, this class is for you!
BODY SHOP:
Our signature ride (Hills, HIIT, Endurance, and Strength), including weights for a fun arm segment making this a full body workout on the bike.
HOUSE HIIT
High-intensity intervals (HIIT) consists of repeated sets of short intervals of maximum-effort training. These intervals are broken up into periods of recovery.
